Keeping Audiences Engaged is a Work of Art

Consumers have never been more informed or selective. As our audiences grow, change and become more diversified, it’s important our organizations remain relevant--and that we relay this value to new, highly curatorial audiences.

Join us for our March 14th luncheon as Kathryn Peterson, an arts administrator, musician, and entrepreneur based in New York City who oversees Lincoln Center’s new audience initiatives, presents two pilot studies--on audience segmentation and performance metrics. These studies chart a promising path for organizations to connect with new audiences: by diversifying programming, improving access, and customizing outreach to targeted demographics.

Kathryn, a featured speaker at SXSW 2019, is responsible for developing and managing the programming, fundraising, and engagement strategy for donors and audience members. Kathryn, a native of West Texas, graduated with Scholastic Distinction from The Juilliard School with a Bachelor of Music in French horn performance and holds a Business Certificate from Columbia University.

Presenter:
Kathryn Peterson,
Assistant Director, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts
