Advancing and Managing Your Career in Development

Wondering how you can most effectively advance your career in development?

Join Korn Ferry Advance coaches Joshua Daniel & David Meintrup at AFP Austin’s January virtual general meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2021 where we will discuss positioning yourself for success in the fundraising profession and talk about Job Readiness and Job Advancement. The session will be a professionally facilitated and guided group discussion with time for smaller group breakout discussions.

In this session, you’ll learn about how to prepare for a role (tactical steps of branding, interviewing, and application strategy) and how to succeed once you’re in the role (self-advocacy, internal networking, and preparing for your next role).
