Tina Snider is the chief communications officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, which supports families with critically ill or injured children with lodging, accommodations and other resources. Tina is responsible for advancing the RMHC CTX brand and defining, executing and managing all offline and online communications and marketing initiatives to engage the community and new constituents.

A native Midwesterner, Tina made her way to Texas after living in Florida for 15 years. Prior to joining RMHC CTX in January 2014, Tina was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Tina became involved with AFP Greater Austin Chapter when she served as the communications chair for the 2017 and 2018 Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon. She was elected to the AFP Board of Directors in January 2018 at Vice President, Communications.

When she’s not volunteering or supporting children and families, Tina enjoys her timing living in downtown Austin, savoring the many restaurants and taking in the vibrant music scene.

“The greatest joy for me when I became involved with AFP was meeting an amazing network of talented nonprofit professionals and learning about the impact their organizations have had on our community. Together, these professionals and organizations are making an indelible difference in Austin and I am truly proud to a part of this wonderful community.”
