The Ideal Board

Goal: To discuss best practices regarding board nomination/application processes, ideal board demographics, and evaluating needed industry representation.

Attendees will learn how to implement best practices for board nominations/applications, how to approach board diversity with intention, and how to evaluate what industry representation is most needed and strategic for their organization. This is a great event for Board Chairs/Presidents and Executive Directors to attend.
